Seating capacity is only 224 and we anticipate being sold out by November 30th.
Currently we have pre-sold over 64 tickets and the numbers keep growing.
This year, we have been given a free service from Demerg Systems Inc. to use an online reservation system. This web based facility will enable everyone to see what tables are available. We will still have to manually reserve any tickets that are less than 8 per table.
Please use the following steps to reserve your table. Remember, we are seating 8 people to a table.
- >>Click on the image floor plan. The floor layout will then appear.
- Now click on a table of your choice to reserve it.
- After clicking you will be prompted to fill a form and submit.
- An email will be sent to your email account asking you to confirm the reservation.
- Once you have confirmed the reservation, the status of the table will change colour.
- You will have approximately 7 business days to submit your cheque. If we have not received your cheque, or heard from you within 7 business days, your reservation will be released.
