ROSARY SUNDAY MARTYRS' SHRINE - MIDLAND...

The CWL of St. Francis Xavier Church has booked a coach for 47 passengers for Rosary Sunday on Sept. 18th at Martyr's Shrine in Midland. Cost for each person is $20.00. This is open to members and families of the CWL, Knights of Columbus and Legion Of Mary. Individuals will have to brown bag their lunch, snacks etc... Don't forget the lawn chairs! Meeting place is at St. Francis Xavier High School at 9:30am sharp. To reserve seats on the bus please give me the number of persons and $20 each before August 27. Hope to see you there.

All are invited to join in the 20th Annual Rosary Sunday at Martyrs' Shrine in Midland on Sunday September 18th. Come early and join in the celebration of an outdoor Mass at 12:30 p.m. The Rosary Sunday program follows with a procession of the Blessed Sacrament at 2 p.m., followed by the living rosary and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. This year's homilist will be His Excellency Bishop Pearce Lacey, Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of Toronto. Music will once again be provided by the Sacred Music Society. Pack and picnic and come with your family to pray the living rosary and visit Canada's National Shrine of the Canadian Martyrs. The Columbian Squires will be directly involved as Acolytes, Cross Bearer for the Procession and we will also participate and recite one decade of the Living Rosary.
