Dear Brother,
As Chancellor for our council, Vocations is one of my duties so I'm asking for some volunteers to transport delegates arriving at Toronto International Airport on Sunday, April 24, 2005 for "The Vocations Directors Conference".
There are about 34 delegates who will be arriving on 20 different flights from across Canada at Pearson International Airport. Flights are scheduled to arrive between the hours of 7:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m. and brothers are required to shuttle these delegates to the Marriott Courtyard Hotel on Yonge Street in downtown Toronto.
If you can assist the Western District with this worthy duty on behalf of our council, please indicate your time preference so we can coordinate with other brothers and councils.
